Anshu is a great property manager. We hired him to place a tenant for our unit. We interviewed multiple property managers but we chose him because of his integrity. He was very honest to tell us that we don’t need to hire him to manage the tenant because he believes that we can do it after he place the right tenant since the unit is new.
