Anshu is a great property manager. We recently had an issue come up, and he quickly helped secure repairs. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. He definitely made me feel that I wasn't alone in dealing with it. Anshu made an extremely stressful situation manageable.

Core Alliance (Anshu) took management of a home we had managed ourselves for years. Anshu is practical and personable with both landlords and tenants, and always professional. He knows the rules and laws in LA well and is very responsive to queries (unlike the other property managers we attempted to engage with). Anshu really strives to "do the right thing" for all of his clients, and engaging his company has take the stress out of renting our home!

My daughter searched the web for a property management company for me to hire and chose Core and Anshu because their reviews were in her judgement the best. From the moment I met with Anshu I knew I was in good hands. He gave me his experienced advice on how to proceed with getting my home cleared out and ready for a new tenant. He was able to provide me with contractors that were professional, great at their occupations and great to work with. I now have a wonderful tenant and know that they and I will be well represented by Core in the future.

Anshu is a great property manager. We hired him to place a tenant for our unit. We interviewed multiple property managers but we chose him because of his integrity. He was very honest to tell us that we don’t need to hire him to manage the tenant because he believes that we can do it after he place the right tenant since the unit is new. He informed us that he is available to help us if we have questions or when issues arise. Anshu’s been very helpful in giving us insight in terms of choosing the right tenant for us. He goes above and beyond by getting to know the prospective tenant and how it fits your specific needs.

This is a very reputable and well informed company who has assisted me many times without hesitation and superior knowledge.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the start of the rental process Anshu and those at Core Alliance have gone above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Everyone has been so flexible and willing to help. The rental process, move in process as well as now being a tenant and getting support with the rental has been beyond amazing. Their app is easy to use and communication is very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend renting with Core Alliance!!

My experience dealing with the property manager Anshu at Core Alliance property management company cannot rate highly enough. As a property manager , his willingness to solve issues in a timely manner is fantastic. He had my leasing period very easy and a pleasant one. He is professional and responsive..had answered calls even on a Sunday late afternoon and immediately attend to the issue we had at our rental property. Thank you Anshu & keep up the great work!!

This was the first experience for me working with a property management company, I'm very picky and was worried as I was new to this. Anshu was very responsive and hard worker who took care everything well and in any situation he explained clearly and patiently. Anshu of Core Alliance is very hands-on and gets things done. He is very proactive--when an issue arises at the property, he immediately works toward resolving the issue. I can always count on him to be the intermediary between me, the tenants and contractors or service providers. He is always available and returns calls or text messages promptly.
