Jon was very communicative throughout the process and we appreciated how he kept us in the loop every step of the way. So now we live in this amazing home (and have for a month) and Jon is still very accessible and helpful. We have had minor maintenance request and questions and Jon is very timely with getting back to us and making sure that requests are completed to our liking. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I was previously managing my own property and just went through the nightmare tenant scenario. I had spent a lot of my time and effort acquiring the tenant and servicing the tenant. The amount of time and effort wasn't realistic for me to manage with my daytime job responsibilities having a high maintenance tenant. After finding Core Alliance and giving them a call, I was delighted to hear their experience dealing with all types of tenants and the processes and systems they have in place to manage even high maintenance tenants. They're also flexible to work with the owner to make sure you are comfortable in how the property is managed. Another great benefit is they also can acquire new tenants at a fee that is lower than a real estate agent. This is a huge win for property owners that try to avoid heavy agent finder's fees by doing it themselves. Core Alliance found our new tenant within weeks and did a great job screening candidates for the best possible tenant. I'm hoping to acquire more properties in the future now that I know I can enlist Core Alliance to manage them without having any worries.
