I cannot say enough good things about Anshu at Core Alliance Property Management. When we discovered a gas leak in our oven right before a large dinner party, Anshu responded immediately and handled everything with urgency, professionalism, and care. He coordinated the repair quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was safe and fully resolved well before our event. His responsiveness, clear communication, and genuine concern made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. It’s incredibly reassuring to know we’re supported by someone who truly prioritizes safety and tenant care. We’re so grateful and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

As an update to my past review - Anshu saw us through a difficult tenant and an eviction, all the while being very professional with both the tenant and with us. I cannot recommend him highly enough whether you are a reasonable tenant looking for a place to live and wanting to work with a reasonable property manager or whether you are a owner looking to rent via somebody who is professional, caring and experienced. He goes the extra mile in order to build good relationships with all of his tenants.

We spoke with Anshu at Core Alliance Property Management to get advice for my mother's rental property in California since we live out of state. We found him to be incredibly professional, practical, and responsive to our questions. He knows a lot about the latest rules and regulations and about working with landlords and tenants. Any homeowner needing a property manager would be very fortunate to be represented by him.

I rented a house managed by Core Alliance. That was the first time I had ever rented a house managed by a property manager. Usually, the landlord is the owner. So any concerns would have to go through the landlord. In this case, concerns would be raised through property management. Initially, I thought going through a property manager might be a concern. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did I have a great property manager (his name is John or Anshu), who was very responsive, he had an army of expert maintenance people at this disposal. I am very happy with John and Core Alliance for the duration of my stay. They took care of what was needed and made no excuses for any concern I had. They are a good benchmark for what property management should be. If you are looking to rent an apartment or house and you see Core Alliance is managing the property, you know you've stumbled upon a good rental.

I have been a tenant with Anshu (Core Alliance) managing the property for 8 years. It has been the best experience I have ever had from a property management rental! From day one he has been nothing but professional. He is always responsive and will call back even late at night or on the weekend to ensure he gets done whatever needs to on the property.
