Referral Program

This program is for the home owners and tenants with Core Alliance Property Management. We have cash and non cash reward system for our clientele. You qualify for the cash reward when an owner is referred to Core Alliance Property Management. You qualify for the non cash reward when a tenant is referred to Core Alliance Management.

Cash Reward

A cash reward is when an owner or tenant is given a fee discount or rent discount.

Non Cash Reward

A non-cash reward when an owner or tenant is given additional services at no charge or given gift cards.

This program applies to our vendors and partners. Core Alliance Management believes in reciprocal referrals relationships. We believe in website link exchange, cross promoting (through emails) or becoming an agent.

This program applies to our vendors. When owners or tenants are referred to Core Alliance Management through vendors, then the vendors can qualify for a cash reward or non cash reward.
