I rented a house managed by Core Alliance. That was the first time I had ever rented a house managed by a property manager. Usually, the landlord is the owner. So any concerns would have to go through the landlord. In this case, concerns would be raised through property management. Initially, I thought going through a property manager might be a concern. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did I have a great property manager (his name is John or Anshu), who was very responsive, he had an army of expert maintenance people at this disposal. I am very happy with John and Core Alliance for the duration of my stay. They took care of what was needed and made no excuses for any concern I had. They are a good benchmark for what property management should be. If you are looking to rent an apartment or house and you see Core Alliance is managing the property, you know you've stumbled upon a good rental.

Anshu is the best! I was in a position no landlord ever wishes to see themselves in, which was with having the world’s most demonic tenant known to God’s green earth. I came to Core Alliance because I felt my hands were tied trying to work with my difficult tenant. Anshu is well versed in what seems to be live updated tenants laws LA rolls out that can bind landlords if they aren’t on top of it. I went through a very lengthy and expensive eviction with my tenant, but I wouldn’t have received my property back without the help of Core Alliance and their legal team.
