As an update to my past review - Anshu saw us through a difficult tenant and an eviction, all the while being very professional with both the tenant and with us. I cannot recommend him highly enough whether you are a reasonable tenant looking for a place to live and wanting to work with a reasonable property manager or whether you are a owner looking to rent via somebody who is professional, caring and experienced. He goes the extra mile in order to build good relationships with all of his tenants.

We spoke with Anshu at Core Alliance Property Management to get advice for my mother's rental property in California since we live out of state. We found him to be incredibly professional, practical, and responsive to our questions. He knows a lot about the latest rules and regulations and about working with landlords and tenants. My first time working with Core Alliance Property Management to help my mother with her rental property, and I couldn't be more grateful! We were coming out of a difficult situation with a previous tenant who had left over $20,000 of damage, and Anshu was incredibly supportive and helpful in providing great boilerplate documents and best practices for finding the next tenants and setting better expectations for treatment of my mother's property. I rented a house managed by Core Alliance. That was the first time I had ever rented a house managed by a property manager. Usually, the landlord is the owner. So any concerns would have to go through the landlord. In this case, concerns would be raised through property management. Initially, I thought going through a property manager might be a concern. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did I have a great property manager (his name is John or Anshu), who was very responsive, he had an army of expert maintenance people at this disposal. I am very happy with John and Core Alliance for the duration of my stay. They took care of what was needed and made no excuses for any concern I had. They are a good benchmark for what property management should be. If you are looking to rent an apartment or house and you see Core Alliance is managing the property, you know you've stumbled upon a good rental.

Anshu is the best! I was in a position no landlord ever wishes to see themselves in, which was with having the world’s most demonic tenant known to God’s green earth. I came to Core Alliance because I felt my hands were tied trying to work with my difficult tenant. Anshu is well versed in what seems to be live updated tenants laws LA rolls out that can bind landlords if they aren’t on top of it. I went through a very lengthy and expensive eviction with my tenant, but I wouldn’t have received my property back without the help of Core Alliance and their legal team. I would recommend this company time and time again to landlords. I’m grateful for the work of Anshu and his company.

From day one he has been nothing but professional. He is always responsive and will call back even late at night or on the weekend to ensure he gets done whatever needs to on the property.
