From the very first time we spoke together I sensed that he was a good person. His heart to help was awesome. He's very attentive & always very eager to help me to all my needs in looking for someone in renting my condo. He educated me so much & I learned a lot from him from the beginning up to the end of my goal. He walked me through from looking for applicants, filing lease application form, credit report & background checks & provided me with all the documents I needed to close a rental deal. He brought up some very good points about the property during our interview. He suggested that we focus our efforts in other areas of the property that a renter would appreciate more. I got a reference of Jon, and Core alliance management from a friend and I did not go wrong to choose them to manage our property. We had our first meeting to go over the rental listing process, fee structure and Jon was thorough in explaining all the details. From listing, screening tenants everything was thorough and he communicated regularly to provide updates.
