I have been a tenant with Anshu (Core Alliance) managing the property for 8 years. It has been the best experience I have ever had from a property management rental! From day one he has been nothing but professional. He is always responsive and will call back even late at night or on the weekend to ensure he gets done whatever needs to on the property. He handles every issue with respect and integrity. I would highly recommend them!

Anshu is a great property manager. We recently had an issue come up, and he quickly helped secure repairs. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. He definitely made me feel that I wasn't alone in dealing with it. Anshu made an extremely stressful situation manageable.

He knows the rules and laws in LA well and is very responsive to queries (unlike the other property managers we attempted to engage with). From the moment I met with Anshu I knew I was in good hands. He gave me his experienced advice on how to proceed with getting my home cleared out and ready for a new tenant. He was able to provide me with contractors that were professional, great at their occupations and great to work with. Anshu is a great property manager. We hired him to place a tenant for our unit. We interviewed multiple property managers but we chose him because of his integrity. He was very honest to tell us that we don’t need to hire him to manage the tenant because he believes that we can do it after he place the right tenant since the unit is new. He informed us that he is available to help us if we have questions or when issues arise. Anshu’s been very helpful in giving us insight in terms of choosing the right tenant for us. He goes above and beyond by getting to know the prospective tenant and how it fits your specific needs.
